We have started serving "hiyashi chuka" (cold Chinese noodles)!

For the first time in 12 years, Taikaiken's chilled Chinese noodles have been revived on the online shop.

Sugar and ginger are added to the soup and soy sauce used in Chinese noodles and wonton noodles, and then simmered. Vinegar and mirin are added to the soup, and the finished sauce (soup) is delivered frozen. (Ingredients are not included.)

It takes time to defrost the frozen sauce (soup) in a hot water bath, then let it cool and then chill it in the refrigerator, but it will surely bring back memories. I think that even those who have never tried it back in the day will be satisfied.

Initially, we planned to limit purchases to members with Silver membership rank and above (cumulative purchase amount of 80,000 yen), but we have now made it available to anyone.
