Q. [Store] Why don't you offer large servings of wonton noodles?

A. If we increased the amount of noodles from 1.5 to 2 servings, the bowl would become too full and the wontons would no longer swim in the soup, making it difficult for you to enjoy them.

Q. [Store] What exactly is a "large portion of wonton"?

A. There are 25 wontons, up from 20 in the "Wonton" version. There are no noodles included.

Q. [Store] What are the store's closing days?

A. We do not have fixed holidays, but irregular holidays (approximately 3-4 days per month, plus 4-5 days off for the New Year and summer holidays). We will post information about our closing days on our blog, so please use it.

A. We are open from 11:00 to 20:00.

A: No, we don't.

A: No, there isn't.

A: No. Please help us reduce waste.

A. We have a dedicated parking lot for 16 cars ( please see here ).

Q. [Stores] Do you have a noren branch system?

A: No, there isn't.

Q. [In-store/online] Can I get a receipt?

A. In-store receipts are issued at the ticket vending machine. After registering as a member and logging in to the online store, you can download a receipt from your My Page. Please use that.

Q. [Store] What should I do after entering the store?

A. First, please purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine. A staff member will guide you to your seat.
When it is crowded, after purchasing your meal ticket, please write the name of the representative and the number of people in your group on the waiting list and wait. A staff member will guide you to your seat. (Please note that the order of seats may change depending on the number of people.)

Q. [Store] Can I dilute the soup with tsukesoba?

A. Yes, you can. Please ask a staff member. Once you have finished eating the noodles, the soup will have thinned out and is ready to drink. Of course, you can also dilute the soup and enjoy the aroma. We hope you enjoy it according to your preference.

A. We only accept cash in our stores.

Online shop credit card , convenience store payment, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Paidy, and dPayment are available. * Only credit cards can be used for the "Sudden Regular Delivery" service.

A. We add them from the end of summer (green yuzu) until early spring.

A. We do not offer "more green onions," "more yuzu," or "stronger flavor." If you would like it "stronger," please adjust the soy sauce on the table or counter.

A. One year from the date of product shipment.

A. This is a limited-time product that will be on sale from June to September.

A. Please refrain from doing so as it is prohibited. If we find out that you have done so, all of your points will be reset to 0 .

Q. [Online] I'd like to purchase two bottles of chili oil...

A. You are limited to one bottle per purchase.

Q. [Online] I added one bottle of chili oil and one pack of seasoned bamboo shoots to my cart, but I can't purchase them.

A. The minimum purchase amount is 800 yen (excluding tax).

Q. [Online] What are "items available for purchase by guests"?

A. It is a product that can be purchased without registering as a member or logging in. The three products that fall into this category are Chinese noodles (2 servings) - Single (formerly Trial Set), Chinese noodles (4 servings) - Double (formerly Single Order), and Wonton noodles (4 servings) - Double (formerly Single Order).

Q. [Online] If I order "Special Chili Oil" etc. along with the "Ikinari Regular Delivery", will it be delivered regularly?

A. Even if you order non-regular items such as "Special Chili Oil" together with your order, they will not be delivered on a regular schedule.

Q. [Online] I have set the number of deliveries for the "Ikinari Regular Delivery" to x2, but can I change the quantity to x1 midway?

A. For the "Ikinari Regular Delivery" you can choose x1 (1 item, 6 meals) or x2 (2 items, 12 meals), but please note that you cannot change the quantity once you have applied.

Q. [Online] How will the items be shipped ?

A. It will be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato Cool Takkyubin (frozen). Size restrictions are up to 120cm and 15kg. Each order will be shipped in one package. We do not split orders for shipping. Items will be shipped after payment has been confirmed (please be especially careful if you are paying at a convenience store) .

Q. [Online] How much is one serving?

A. It is one bowl of noodles.

Q. [In-store/online] Can you ship the "Takeout Chinese Noodle Set" to rural areas ?

A. The "Takeout Chinese Noodle Set" is a product sold in our store. When we did not have an online store, we responded to such requests, but now that we have an official online store, please use this.
