Can you eat "tsukesoba (tsukemen)" with products from the online shop (trial set, one-off order, or regular delivery)?
When the hot weather continues, questions like these arise.
So I decided to try some tsukesoba!
In conclusion, it works!
It's a little less salty than the tsukesoba you get at restaurants, but the dashi stock is effective so it's still good.
(The dipping sauce for restaurant tsukesoba is a little saltier than that for Chinese noodles or wonton noodles, as it contains more soy sauce. We also add vinegar to the soup. Adding vinegar to the soup will make it taste closer to the restaurant version.)
