The thin noodles are the familiar curly noodles that have been used in stores for a long time.
The flat and thick noodles are also made by Kusamura Shoten and cannot be found at Taikaiken stores.
The boiling time for thick noodles is about 1.5 to 2 times longer than for thin noodles. It looks like you can also make hot tsukesoba noodles with it.
