With thick noodles

I tried some thick noodles from another restaurant, which require just over six minutes of boiling, in Taikaiken soup.

The downside is that the noodles are slippery and don't mix well with the soup.

However, it was quite a new texture and was good.

I would also like to try Taikaiken's original thick noodles in 2023.
